How to report

Use the report control closest to the behavior.

  • Open the relevant profile or conversation.
  • Choose Report and select the most accurate reason.
  • Add a concise description with dates or context when available.
  • Submit the report, then block the account if you do not want further contact.

Useful context

Relevant details help reviewers understand what happened.

  • The displayed name or account identifier.
  • Approximate date, time, and conversation context.
  • Transaction references for suspected payment fraud.
  • Screenshots or records only when they were obtained lawfully and can be shared safely.
04

After you report

Reports are reviewed using available account and platform information.

  • We may restrict content or accounts while reviewing serious risk.
  • Possible actions include warnings, feature limits, suspension, or removal.
  • We may not disclose specific action taken against another person.
  • Repeated or coordinated false reports may themselves violate our rules.
05

Immediate danger

HiIClubChat is not an emergency response service.

  • Leave the conversation and move to a safe place.
  • Contact local emergency services when anyone faces immediate harm.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider quickly for active financial fraud.
  • Submit a platform report after urgent needs are addressed.

Do not confront a suspected offender or put yourself at risk to collect more evidence.
